
Jana Stupavsky

                     Bio
Jana Stupavsky is Assistant Director at SABRE (South Alabama Center for Business Analytics,
                                 Real Estate, and Economic Development), where she leverages data mining and visual analytics to deliver business intelligence solutions for Gulf Coast enterprises and organizations.
                                 She specializes in business research, data visualization, and undergraduate instruction in marketing and data analytics. Additionally, she
                                 serves as a data analytics ambassador on the University of South Alabama campus.
                              
                              Prior to academia, she drove strategic economic development initiatives at the Mobile
                                 Area Chamber of Commerce and Mobile Airport Authority. Her portfolio included managing
                                 aerospace, chemical, and manufacturing projects that generated 1,400+ jobs and $700+
                                 million in capital investments. She also led marketing initiatives and developed a
                                 geospatial database that enhanced regional development planning, resulting in improved
                                 facility leasing and operations.
                              
                              A multilingual professional fluent in Slovak, Czech, Croatian, German, and Swedish,
                                 in addition to English, Jana holds an MBA and BSBA in Marketing-International Business
                                 from the University of South Alabama. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Business
